Modular 1: Welcome/Course Overview

Modern science has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is no such thing as race. All human beings are 99.9% genetically the same. The one tenth of our differences is based on individual factors and has nothing to do with race. There are no inferior or superior races of people. However, our minds have been conditioned to believe that certain manmade races of people possess superior cognitive and/or physical ability. Throughout our lives, we have been conditioned to believe some people are genetically superior to others.

When human beings believe they are genetically different and/or inferior to other human beings, it can have a serious, negative effect on their self-concept and their quality of life.

This section of the course will help you as a human being of color transcend the limiting beliefs and myths about race by introducing you to the extraordinary science and scientists that have proven race is a manmade construct. It will show you beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is no such thing as race and that there is no one on earth genetically superior to you. This modular illustrates how the manmade construct of race may have damaged your self-concept and might be blocking some of your amazing human potential and power. Through a course overview, you will learn how the Path to The Unbreakable You course will help you break through the psychological manmade race stressors and barriers that can prevent you from having the confidence, focus and sense of belonging to create the success you desire in all areas of your life.

 

Video Lecture 1: The Matrix of Race, Part 1

  • Lecture 1: Even though race does not biologically exist and the manmade concept of race is not sustainable, governments and medical/educational institutions are still falsely categorizing human beings into sub-races of people. As a person of color, the side effects of the manmade construct of race could be having a devastating effect on your self-concept.   • Self-Concept Checkup Assessment: Racism: The Science of Epigenetics shows us that not only does the racism you personally experience affect your self-concept, but the racism your parents, grandparents and generations before them experienced can also have a negative effect. In this assessment, you will learn if racism has damaged your self-concept to determine how many self-concept strength-conditioning racism sessions you should do to recover from this damage.

Modular 2: How to Heal and Strengthen Your Self-Concept

Everything in our society and I mean everything is consistently shaping and building your self-concept. As a person of color, all your life you have been exposed to an uneven self-concept building society that may have damaged your self-concept. Because of the uneven self-concept building society, people of color generally have a lower sense of belonging compared to their white peers. If not corrected, this lower sense of belonging can affect you throughout your personal and professional relationships, having a negative impact on your academic and professional career and overall quality of life.

In this modular you will start to deprogram your self-concept and unlearn the disempowering thoughts and beliefs that limit your potential and decrease your confidence and self-efficacy. Learn to silence your manmade race inner critic and put an end to the fear and self-doubt it creates. See yourself with kinder eyes, and dramatically increase your self-confidence, self-love, self-appreciation and self-power. Reprogram and strengthen your self-concept, and release untapped energy and abilities to improve your study habits, work habits, interactions with other manmade races of people and much more.

 

Video Lecture 4: How to Access the Powerful Force Within You Part 1

  • Lectures: We human beings are a very powerful species. Deep inside of every human are unique gifts, abilities, and untapped power and potential that are often blocked by the illusion of race.  Aligning your self-concept with these unique gifts, abilities, and power can help you accomplish your academic and personal goals more easily and effectively.  It is through self-awareness that we start to unlock the tremendous power of our genetic structure and move beyond the limitations of our assigned manmade race. This lecture will dramatically increase your awareness of the power and abilities of your human genetic structure.

  • Self-Concept Checkup: Colorism: Many people of color have been conditioned into believing that people with light skin and/or people who have more European facial features (eyes, nose, hair texture, etc.) are more valuable, intelligent, and deserving than people with dark skin and less European features. This way of thinking creates a form of colorism. There is a high likelihood that you have been exposed to colorism in one form or another. This self-concept checkup will help you assess your self-concept and see if any damage has occurred from colorism.

  • Lectures: No human being should be ashamed of the color of their skin and/or the way they look. No human being should be ashamed of their ancestors. No human being should feel out of place at school, on campus, at work, in the mall, or anywhere else. It is impossible for you to be at your best and fully experience and enjoy life when you have not healed the self-shame that’s been instilled into your subconscious mind about your ancestors. The reality of self-shame is that it does not make you less valuable, intelligent, lovable, beautiful, powerful, or capable than others. It only makes you feel this way. In this session, you will learn how to remove self-shame and use your ancestors and history as a powerful asset to help you create a more confident, powerful version of yourself.

Video Lecture 7: Unlock the Highest Version of Yourself

  • Lectures: We human beings are genetically designed for a growth mind. We are meant for never-ending growth. When self-expansion stops, we start the decaying process. The manmade construct of race comes with a set of invisible boundaries that are woven throughout our society. Our manmade race and culture can close our minds and prevent our self-expansion. The assigned manmade race you’ve been given can become your cage, locking you into a limited life and creating fear and self-doubt, or it can unleash enormous human potential. This session will help you maximize every opportunity and resource that comes your way, and create the highest version of yourself by helping you become more aware of and free yourself from the cage of your assigned manmade race.

The Power of the Mind session will help you better understand how the manmade construct of race has impacted your mind. It will teach you how to reprogram your mind to transcend the limitations and emotional stress of race and racism. Modern science has proven that there is a field of intelligence and self-power that permeates all creation. The Power of the Mind session will help you better understand and access it.

You will leave this section with amplified mental power for achieving your goals, allowing you to move up, over, around and through the obstacles and challenges you will face on your path, and creating the body, health, wealth, relationships, and outcomes you desire. You’ll be better able to transcend the emotional stress and psychological downward pull from race and racism.

  • Lectures: The universal intelligence and/or the God of your belief does not give any of the manmade races more access to the powerful universal laws operating inside the human mind.  It does not make any of the manmade races more powerful and intelligent than other manmade races. The universal intelligence or God does not divide humans into different races of people. It does not see Latino people, African people, Asian people, Native American people or biracial people differently. The only place in the universe where “race” exists is in the beliefs that have been programmed into the human subconscious mind. Universal laws and principles give people the power to create the life and happiness we desire when our self-concepts and actions are in proper alignment with them. The concept of race is not natural. There is an easier, happier, and less stressful way to live. In fact, it is the way you are meant to live – the way your body, mind, and soul have been designed to function. Your body, mind, and soul are not intended to be controlled by the manmade construct of race. You are not intended to be or to live like a minority.

In this section, you will learn how to let go of the old patterns and choices that no longer support the real, powerful You will learn how to be more confident and comfortable in everyday life. Video Lecture 13: How to Protect Your Mind and Self-Worth from the Media

Learn how to recover from the negative, disempowering influence of the media and how to protect yourself from it. The media is a major self-concept building vehicle. The problem is  people of color are living in an . Almost all the information and images that you are exposed to in the media every day are designed to empower only the self-concept of people from the white manmade race. In addition to this fact, there has not been a time in human history with more media, noise, images, and information than the world we are living in today. As a person of color, it is critical that you learn how to protect your self-concept and self-worth from the media that surrounds you 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. It is also imperative that you heal from the damage it has already done to your self-concept. In this session, you will learn how to make the media work for you instead of against you. You will gain powerful insights and tools that will help you to protect the highest version of yourself while being constantly exposed to the uneven self-concept-building media that surrounds you each day.

By consistently viewing TV and movies, you can become prejudiced against yourself, against people from your manmade race, and against people from other manmade races. Television and movies can cause you not to love yourself and to worship people from the white manmade race, who are in fact genetically the same as you. These quick affirmations will help you prevent and/or minimize the negative effects of the media.

You will learn effective and empowering ways to deal with prejudiced people while remaining confident, poised and focused on the highest version of yourself. Colorism is a severe problem that affects people all over the world.  Colorism is a spinoff and side effect of racism; in fact, colorism is a form of racism. Colorism is when people with lighter skin and more European features are considered more valuable and intelligent than people with dark skin and non-European features. Colorism is one of the worst types of discrimination because there can be colorism in your own family. Colorism exists everywhere; in all cultures and in all the manmade races.  In this session you will learn how to better transcend colorism by healing from past and present colorism. You will dramatically increase your self-appreciation and self-worth. You will create new confidence, energy and optimism to achieve your goals and better enjoy your life.
